To efficiently manage the residential and/or commercial construction process, Cutting Edge Contractors will assign a project manager, field supervisor, engineer, and other staff members as needed.

Cost Reporting
Cutting Edge Contractors Inc. will provide details on how the project is performing in terms of both absolute monetary value and relative to the initial budget.
Final Inspections and Occupancy Permit
Cutting Edge provides and abides by inspection checklists to ensure the safety and city code of all work is fully enforced. A final detailed report will be provided on final inspections to demonstrate all residential or commercial work is up to code.
Reporting and Cost Control
During the new home construction process, we will provide up-to-date information with respect to changes that have occurred along with accurate cost of labor and materials before and after the the project.
Commissioning and Project Closeout
One of the most critical stages of the construction process is the commissioning and closeout of the project. A final walk-through process is initiated after every job to ensure the work has met our clients standards.
